I ordered a bridesmaid dress and paid extra for expedited shipping. Well it took 3 weeks, not 5 days. When I finally found out how to contact someone by email the informed me I could get a refund. That has not happened. There were 4 dresses ordered and all 4 were way too small and all had to be altered locally. The dress was beautiful but the rest of the service was horrible.
