Maxine was contracted on June 17th 2010 to write for my company, WV Writing Services as a solo Freelance writer. On this date, she was informed that if she made over $600, she would be required to by the US law to fill out a W-8 form for tax purposes and would have to submit a TIN or ITIN #. She did fill out one as an individual. However, later in July, she started working for us as a company that she started called WordsTraders, so she was asked to fill out the new form for tax purposes.
