I have using Airtel services for so many years, but since last 12 months, I have been regularly communicating to the customer center, Appallete authority, regarding poor service quality. Till date, the issue is not yet resolved and I have been told that a new site is planned in next 3 months...what is happening Airtel...you need to focus on improving consumer lives...I have been patient for long, but, the services are really getting into nerves.
