We had reason to deal with Asda Direct for two items and it will be our firt and last time and at the time of posting this complaint despite countless telephone calls to their 'South African' call centre and emails to Asda (you have no way of emailing Asda Direct) we still haven't received our goods. Their call centre staff are rude, blatantly lie and you ask to speak to a manager and it is always a promise that one will telephone you back which never happens and you are left in limbo.
