Order has not been shipped and it has been 23 days! The item was apparently on back order which was not indicated at the time of my order and they never informed of that until I called looking for my order 10 days later. There was a UPS tracking # for my order however it was for billing purposes only. When I called AGAIN to find out what was going on, they voided the UPS tracking number #. My order is still M.I.A. Their website states that orders are shipped in 2-3 days...who are they kidding?!! read full review »
