Mediacom triple play offer..I sent in a completed form as requested, with a copy of my order confirmation and my first 2 mediacom bills that were paid...I am still receiving Mediacom services.. My order date was May 6, 2010 and my conf.# is 270063273. Today is Dec. 1, 2010 and I am yet to receive my gift card for $ 100.00...What a scam...Hope someone can help me... read full review »
