I have received an unauthorized charge on my account today from USA Credit in the amount of $149.95. When I called my bank they said I had to sign an affidavit proving that I did not authorize these charges. I finally thought I got the number to USA Credit from this website. When I called I found out that it was a third party ACH company and apparently USA Credit has no phone number or way for the public to contact them.
