I purchased theatre tickets through Box Office Center.com - the seller was Windy City Roadtrips. I was told I would have my tickets at least 10 days before the event. When I tried to contact them - no reply to emails, no answer at all on the business line. The website is still up, but there is NO contact info or company info. Bottom line, this guy is a total scammer, when I contacted Box Office Center they told me they were getting complaints like mine from other customers and they had engaged their legal department. This company is a FRAUD. Do not - under any circumstances purchase anything from them. read full review »
