I bought a brand new Nokia phone on 29th March 2010. Soon it started giving me problems. I contacted the Nokia customer care department and they advised me to take it to a service center in Pretoria. I did so but when I got the phone back, the same problems persisted. I contacted Nokia again and they directed me to another service center that was near me, Autopage Cellular at Menlyn Shopping Center, Pretoria.
