We made a deal for a partnership in a bed and breakfast via contracts drawn up by lawyer. He Dieter then took my money and others and bought himself a private house in the Dominican Republic with it instead. When I contacted him about our deal he blocked me and ignored my emails or phone calls. Hans Dieter Mertes is a German national living in the Dominican Republic who had applied for citizenship in Canada, but was denied after he had engaged in fraudulent activity in Canada as well. read full review »
