On the 30 of november 2010, place an order #1947483 order totaled $35.99, at the moment of purchase i din't realize that i need it a dr.prescription, therefore i send an email requesting the refund of the money they charged on my credit card. On dec, 1 2010 at 9:54 am, i received an e mail from customer service sign by some kyle A.urging me to call 1-800-501-4214.for security reasons, but what happens, been trying to make contact with them, nigth and day (2), and this line it's allways busy, im afraid i been cheated.
