We were contacted in April of 2010 to sell our timeshare. It is a very elaborate scam. They offered us an amount of money which was difficult to refuse. The first phone call was from a woman and the next day we received a call from a man who said he was Ben Hernandez. He was very polite and knew how to talk his way around the subject. Even when we questioned it he had all of the answers. We took the agreement that he sent to our lawyer and he said it looked all legal.
