Hello, We are service provider in India and Papa Wheeli is our client. He is doing biggest scams. He used to outsource work and than he takes the code and than he finds problem in code and than claim money back. It also happen with us. We have worked for him and than we have shown apdates to him and than he confirmed that he is happy with the work and deliver the code.
