I am staying in Shillong. I bought a Whirlpool washing machine "Whitemagic Pro 700H" from Guwahati in Feb 2010. It stopped working sometime in the month of Oct 2010. Since then I have contacted everyone, right upto the office of their VP Sales, but all I have given is assurances, apologies or just plain another number to contact. This too while my machine is in Warranty period.
