QT is a horrible company to work for. They don't even give you a lunch break. Forget about lunch hour, but they don't even give you a 5 minute break. Not even for full time worker who work more than 8 hours per day and more than 40 hour a week. They tell you that if you "have" to eat then you must eat WHILE still ringing customers. You could have your food in your hand and if the customer comes, you have to ring them up with your food sitting right there on the counter in the open.
