I got a 203K home loan through WF. It has been a nightmare from day one! My real estate agent, lawyer, and contractor had NEVER experienced such a difficult and lengthy closing. I closed over a month later than promised. After we got the "clear to close", they decided they still needed more information. At first I was told I would have 6 months to complete my project but after I closed I was told 3 months and the paperwork I signed ended up saying 4 months.
