I have registered the complaints/ issues facing with the Video Door Phone/Lock purchased from Eureka forbes Team, Bangalore and the ref No October- 073 The complaints are 1. The Lock is not opening/ releasing automatically when the release button is pressed in the monitor/Phone. We have to release manually every time . This problem happened within 5 months from the date of Installation 2.
