Dear Officers of the Federal Trade Commission and Officers of the Office of the Comptroller for the Currency; Fair reporting is defined on the FTC website and is echoed on each of the credit reporting agencies’ web sites. The rules are not equal for the consumer and the agencies. Dear Ma’am or Sir: I am pleading to anyone to hear and to help me correct our accounts. On numerous previous dates, I notified my Wachovia bank branch and have been working with the Wachovia Bank fraud Dept (numerous other Departments as well) by telephone that the credit cards issued to me and my cousin (Edward Humphrey) had been compromised. I have not been able to get any person to reply to me about updating these purchased programs. Tired of getting a site that simply reloads the same thing no matter what tab is clicked on. There is no phone number or listed address to try either. read full review »
