We booked a 5 night stay in Barbados in a hotel promoted on this agency's website. We experienced a run-down dump with a broken toilet, no elevators, 40 stairs to the beach and with health problems, we could not go to the beach and climb 40 stairs back to our hotel room! The hotel was awful, they provided one towel per person and no tissues, the room was as bare as a prison cell and the toilets in our room and several others did not flush.
