I purchased a 37" LCD TV from KBM Electronics, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 15th November 2009. On 3rd August 2010, the picture went blank and we registered a complaint. The service engineer came and changed the video card. Since it was under warranty we did not have to pay. On 23rd of November 2010, the right half of the picture screen went blank. On registering a compaint online a service engineer came and said that the panel is defective and it costs around 20, 000/=.
