I booked two rooms using my reward points to attend a wedding on November 6, 2010. One room would be for my husband and myself and the other for my sister and 85 year old father. On November 5th my father became ill and I cancelled one room. My sister still went (my father lives with my husband and I). I took my father to the hospital and he was diagnosed with the flu.
