My dearest friend and I were first time customers at Parkway Custom Dry-cleaning. We dropped off my three coats (two long minks; one searling and a suede hat) on November 3, 2010. My ticket I was issued by Parkway Custom Dry-cleaning stated a due date of November 24, 2010 after 4:00 pm. I called on the week of November 29, 2010 to confirm pick-up availability.
