The issue is not so much with the website, but with the service provided. I mailed an old cell phone for repair approximately 3 weeks ago, and have gotten no response from this firm. Email inquiries to the site bounce back, and their phone number appears to be disconnected. Doesn't give one a lot of confidence that the company even exists. In any case, I was charged $5 for the shipment. Now I am out a cell phone, and have no way to contact them! read full review »
