Well it started off when my sister was born, her mother ran off with her and hide from my father. My dad tried for years to just find her so he could at least see her. Well the mother goes to jail for METH of all things and dhs dose'nt even try to contact my father, but that wasent the first time she went to jail, that happened to be the 3rd time, but instead dhs lets her no good brother adopt her, and the only way they could have done that is if the biological father was dead and hes not.
