The company offered a free trial and then set up an account for future shipments. After the first shipment arrived I attempted to log on to my account and couldn't. I called the 800 number and was told the system was updating and I should try again later. This happened several times and I've since received 3 shipments from this company and have tried to cancel the account each time and get return authorization to ship the product back to them.
