Complete frauds. There is no store at 163 Montgomery Drive in Santa Rosa CA, USA as they claim (there's not even a building -- verified by neighboring businesses for my Visa fraud complaint). The DVDs they send are Asian, can't be played on American DVD players, can't be returned because the shipping label is in Chinese, they give you "illegitimate address" in English in China to return the unopened DVDs, their phone # is in Saskatchewan Canada but no one's heard of them, and they don't even send... read full review »
