This company sucks. I worked for them for 2 years and they fired me because I dropped 7 calls when my grandfather died and I had to leave town in the middle of my shift one night. I was the best agent they had. I didn't get a raise in all the time I was there. BUT they paid from my criminal report themselves. I don't know why they have changed their policy. They need to pull a criminal report on themselves. read full review »
