Interval World has the WORST customer service I have ever been involved in. On hold for 49 minutes first call, when they just hung up. Called back again and got the rudest employee. After a 15 minute discussion on the transfer of a timeshare from my mother to myself, the customer service agent would not let me speak to a supervisor and then hung up the phone. read full review »
