Cymax charged my cc right away and after 3 weeks I have not seen delivery of the item. They claim it will be shipped, but the manufaturers own website says there is no inventory. Also, they promised a $10 credit to match the manufacturers own website, but after a week I have not seen it posted. They definitely lie about availability, and they use a India based call center whose people you can't understand. read full review »
