This is the worst Travel agency in the world! I had previously used them because my Travel Agent John worked there. I called them a few months later to book another flight. I was told John had been fired, and the new manager Sam would help me. Sam turned out to be the rudest sales person on the faces of this earth, with no knowledge what so ever of the travel industry.
