In Oct 2009 we signed a contract with Destiny Vacations on behalf of Resort One Weeks for timeshare rentals and an online website to provide condos for rent. In March 2010 we are called by Resort One Weeks and told that Destiny Vacations gave us invalid contracts and that w needed to sign a new contract to get out of our annual Dues..Of course this would cost a price-$2500 - $5000 depending on what we wanted to pay.
