Picture freezes, DVR already replaced once after less than one month of service. Tv intermittently loses signal. Telephone and onlive service is based in India. Can't get these idiots to understand what thew problem was. They send out the wrong person to address proble. Much downtime. When I signed up, I was told that I had $220 of rebates coming. After a month and a half and no money seen, I called and found out that no one had arranged to send me anything.
