I had applied for a new airtel broadband connection in august. The executive came to my place, filled up the form, took 500/- and told me that the connection will be given in 2 days. after that I didn't get any response. after some days, he said that connection cannotbe provided in your area. he is not refunding the amount also. kindly take suitable action against him and mail me your response on [email protected] .
