I booked the air india ticket online for Domestic route ( hyd - mum)My account was debited after the online reservation transaction failed due to air india system error. System issued me with incorrect PNR which call center people did not recognize. I had to make 25 calls to get hold of correct team to discuss my ticket status. I was told to book the fresh ticket and we will process the full refund in 3 working days. Today is the 10th working day and there is no sign of refund. I have send emails but there is no response.
