After shifting from Prepaid to Postpaid, you would think you would get better service. Nope. Not with Vodafone. First of all, my pre-paid balance was never credited to me. Called customer support and they charge you for it. So Lame!!! After several calls to them and being on hold for ages they finally credit my postpaid account. When i received my next months bill, they had debited from by pre-paid balance even though i had to pay for the first 2 months in advance when i switched to postpaid. What the HELL?
