My land line is not working, I assum it can be instrument fault. I complained on 7.12.10 and received the complain no.40591084, on next day I recived the message on my cell that complained has been resolved, I shocked that no body visited my place and the problem was still there then how could thay send the message of solving the issue. On 8.12.10 I again complained, then also I was given new complain no.40617812 and a promise was given that by next( 9.12.10) issue shall be resolved.
