Ordered a Showtime Rotisserie on 11/27/10. 3tailer website says it will be shipped in 3-5 days. After 1 week with no notification that it was shipped I decided to contact them. I tried emailing, calling and "online chat". My emails were not answered except for the standard "we have received your email and we will get back to you".
