Verizon offers a 30 day risk free return for new customers. I returned my phones with in the time frame. I was waiting for a final bill to pay for the 3 weeks I used. I got a bill for Nov. It was for over 1, 000.00. They said I broke the contact on both my phones, I not only owed them 340.00 for a month of use (which is very high for 2 phones?) But 350.00 per phone as a penalty.
