The black toner cartridges K409 for the printer specified above are supposed to last for 1, 500 pages, but I can usually print about 500 pages, and *in draft mode*... I made an enquiry with all the details and the only reply I got was what model the printer is, although I had specified the model in the online form. After that (and I did kindly reply with the model specs, although I had already given them all the details), I haven't heard from them, not even to know if they got my email.
