Dr. Xueren Zhao and Brittany Sava pays employees cash with no intentions of ever putting them on payroll, all the while telling the employees they are going to be put on payroll. They do not have an MD at the office but a Physician Assistant doing the consultations and examinations then telling the patient they are scanning the recommendation to Dr. John K. Nations to look it over and sign it then scans it back to the office but that is not true.
