Worst customer service I've ever encountered! I live in a small town so I buy most of my household items online. However, this is my first complaint posted ever. I think they are ignorant and there is no customer service existing. Although it seems like they have a much larger variety than other websites, they don't have them in stock! I only received a partial of my order but there were no words about the status remaining items. I emailed them and they said they would refund in two weeks through Paypal or other methods.
