I went to Costco on December 10, 2010 and utilized my EBT card. I share a household with my adult relative. She has a Costco card and when we used my EBT card to pay for the food they would not allow us to utilize her card. However, before we got EBT prior to the economy Costco had no problem using my debit card and her Costco Card. This is unfair and discriminating towards low income individuals. How do you allow one policy to be different because of your income status/payment capabilities and not violate New York Consumer Protection Laws. read full review »
