I called Ridge Transmissions (RT) and asked if the service advertised was to flush the fluid in my car, manager said yes. Was shown how black my fluid was, the grit in the pan, and metal shavings. They said my 6 year old Toyota needed a transmission overhaul for $1, 500.! I had flushed my fluid once before (another place), kept up on services. One week later, I took it to a shop for the oil change, check up. They actually showed me the fluid and it was very dark instead of red and clear.
