In line with the complaints herein, I can testify that my experience with Amerisave has been nothing short of dismaying. My wife and I have high credit scores, the appraisal came higher than needed, we provided right away every single piece of documentation required, we paid the fees and appraisal upfront to lock the rate, we eventually complained about not hearing anything from them in a month after getting "conditionally approved", and then we really heard nothing.
