I return 3 unopened packages and they are only willing to reimburse me for one refill. I sent the package via USPS first class and cetified so I have the name and signature of the employee who signed for and received the package. His name is Jason Sparks and they received the package of 2/12/09. They emailed me on 2/16/09 to inform me that they were refunding only $88.97, that is the cost of one refill. Received sample but when I tried to contact the company to cancel my account the phone number listed dumps me into perpetual music, no message, person just music. I tried to find an email address for the company but there is nothing in the paperwork sent with the product or on the product container that provided a viable email address. Am I supposted to write to them via snail mail to cancel my account? Should I send it register and certified to avoid being billed for a refill?
