Catholic Guardian provided a service by contract for Dept. of Juvenile Justice to provide a Non-Secure Detention house for boys from 16 years old and younger. Catholic Guardian had lost their contract due to bad management of that house by their supervisors and up to their internal management of their responsibilities regarding employment.
