Absolute WORST experience online! Purchased WOW gold, and was told they had stock and would be delivered within the hour! After waiting a total of 6.5 hours in game, I spoke with 6 representatives in the online customer service during that period, each and every one saying it would be delivered within the hour. First deliverer "dropped queue" so had to rejoin, second deliver "his shift finished so new deliverer will come in game".
