I purchased some items for a friend's birthday and wrapped the gift not noticing the tear inside the lining of the material. I returned to the store 2 days later after my friend discovered the tear and asked for the owner. The lady's name was helena and she was very rude and abrupt. Not to mention that she didnt care about the tear in the clothing she just made reference to the fact that I had torn the garnment and wanted my money back. All I wanted was a exchange and i would have been happy... Goes to show you that good old customer service has gone down the drain when it comes to these guys... What a rip off!!! read full review »
