On nov. 11 2010 after purchasing a new notebook, i decided to buy the microsoft office package for home and student. Payment, done electronically with my credit card Amex, was charged to my account with ref. no. 3170924 200 on the same date above. However, I never received the package on my computer and the trial package I was offered on my new computer, has expired. What went wrong?
