I ordered boots on that website too. I was trying to track the order and the website is down. Went to my bank branch and filed a dispute claim with them. They had to cancel my debit card, issue me a new one, and visa is going to start investigating it tomarrow. The company that took the debit out of my account is TC Technology, ...not even a company that has to do with selling boots. Def a scam. But just wanted to post how to get your money back if you have gone through this as well. Just go to your bank branch office, and they will help you file the claim. read full review »
